Senior Office Administration Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Office Administrator to join our team in West Horndon. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Knowledge of the construction/scaffold industry/safety culture would be an advantage. Must be a driver due to location.
Responsibilities:
- General admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, emails, filing, etc.
- Typing quotations in a fast and accurate manner, plus daily correspondence
- Follow-up calls to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Updating and inputting project records
- Knowledge of SAGE Accounts is an advantage, training will be provided
Working Conditions:
- **Hours:** 8am to 5pm
- **Holidays:** 20 days holidays, plus bank holidays
- **Salary:** Starting salary £25,000 to £27,000 per year
