Congratulations to Jack Satwick on His Promotion to Operations Director!
On behalf of Scaffolding Access, it is with immense pride and joy that we extend our congratulations to Jack Satwick on his well-deserved promotion to Operations Director!
Jack's incredible journey with us began back in 2009 when he first joined our yard team, armed with little more than enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Over the course of 18 months, he immersed himself in the world of scaffolding, mastering the ins and outs of our equipment as he loaded lorries and became intimately familiar with our extensive kit. His dedication and hard work paid off as he qualified as a HGV driver, quickly establishing himself as one of our scaffold HGV drivers.
Jack then evolved into an outstanding scaffolder, progressing to the role of advanced scaffolder, where he excelled for several years.
But Jack's ambitions didn't stop there. He soon took on the role of Scaffolding Supervisor, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience managing intricate builds that showcased his talent and commitment. His journey continued to flourish in 2016 when he stepped up as Contracts Manager, a role he excelled in for three impactful years, guiding us into 2019 and beyond.
In a testament to his leadership and vision, Jack was then appointed as Operations Manager at our HQ, where he has been pivotal in steering the ship over the past six years. His dedication has paved the way for our continued success.
And now, here we are today, celebrating Jack’s ascent to Operations Director! This achievement is not just a personal milestone for Jack but a testament to his hard work, resilience, and the positive impact he has made on our team and the company as a whole.
Jack, on behalf of all of us at Scaffolding Access, we offer you a huge congratulations on your new position. This recognition is thoroughly deserved, and we are excited to see how you will lead us into the future.
